The instrument cluster on the Discovery 3, also known as the Ipac, holds all the CCF files for the wholw vehicle. Re: Discovery 3 starting problems. Unfortunately it's a fault finding process that one has to go through. I't sounds like the battery, start there, doesn't cost you anything to have it tested and you don't have to do anything (don't have to remove anything) If it's not the battery, then remove the starter and have that checked, also not to hard
