Motor oil consumption 1,45l./1000km After changes ~0,9l/1000km. VW paid 100% for changing turbine and 50% for work cost - the rest paid package of service.
I've got 2.0 diesel Transporter with a 7 speed DSG gearbox. Its done 36k miles and was due for gearbox oil service. I've changed the oil filter and drained 6 litres of oil in total from drain plug and mechatronics unit. I've filled it with 6.8 litres of oil and during leveling procedure ( van is level,oil temp at 40C,taken with Obd11) only
Replace the oil filter every time when changing motor oil. Wear gloves to prevent contact with hot liquid. Please note: all work on the car – VW Transporter T6 Platform / Chassis (SFD, SFE, SFL, SFZ) – should be done with the engine switched off. Replacement: engine oil and filter – VW Transporter T6 Platform / Chassis (SFD, SFE, SFL, SFZ).

All resolved now with full oil change plus new filter using Castrol Edge long life 3 ie. 5w30 - which conforms to 507.01 oil spec in handbook. VW vans customer service intervened and assisted the vw vancentre on my behalf all FOC.
